Helping expats find their way around

We support our temporary tenants with guidance and resources in order to help them find their way around in the region. Thanks to our experience and focus on the accommodation of expats in the North of the Netherlands, we can offer them assistance and advice as needed. All tenants are welcome to ask us questions regarding medical care, shops, restaurants/pubs, public transport, or other amenitites. Thus, we do our best to make sure that your employees feel at home and comfortable here.

24-7 service by our own maintenance department

Our own in-house maintenance department offers 24/7 service for acute problems, such as malfunction or breakdown and plugging. In emergencies we are always directly available to our tenants. Even if the problem is not very urgent, we will quickly find a solution.
